This was my contribution to the cover art competition for the VAST album »April«. The requirement was to create something that doesn’t look digital but human. So I took this old photograph from the 19th century which was part of a royalty free collection I purchased several years ago. I placed the VAST logos on the boat and arranged the wording in the surrounding white area. I did not win.
